Economic Model & Future

Looty is not just a P2P platform. It is the foundation for a future financial ecosystem. This section describes how the platform earns today and what it will become tomorrow.

1. Monetization Model Looty's economic model is simple, transparent, and designed to support the long-term sustainability of the platform and the entire Qrism.space ecosystem.

  • Verification Fee (KYC/AML): We charge a one-time fee of ~$5 for passing the mandatory KYC/AML verification. This fee is not our profit; it directly covers our operational costs for our compliance partner's services (Sumsub) and filters out bots and non-serious users.

  • Trading Commission: We charge a 2% commission on every successful P2P trade.

    • Mechanic: The commission is not charged at the time of the trade. It accumulates in the database as a user's "debt" to the platform.

    • Settlement: When a user decides to withdraw their security deposit ("unstake"), this accumulated commission is automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount.

2. Role in the Qrism.space Ecosystem Looty is the commercial engine that generates real, non-speculative revenue for the entire Qrism.space venture studio. Revenue from the 2% trading commissions is distributed as follows:

  • 25% Immediately -> Looty Insurance Fund: A quarter of all collected commissions is immediately directed to the separate Gnosis Safe dedicated to paying out arbitration compensations (see Section 4).

  • 75% -> Qrism EAO Treasury: The remaining three-quarters of commissions go to the main Qrism EAO treasury.

Furthermore, funds from the Qrism EAO treasury are distributed according to EAO rules to:

  • Support the $QRISM Token: 50% of the profit entering the EAO treasury goes to buyback $QRISM from the open market.

  • Fund the RWI Mission: 25% of the profit entering the EAO treasury is directed to the "Envorum Impact Fund."

  • Strategic Growth: 25% of the profit entering the EAO treasury remains in the treasury for R&D.

3. The Future: Three Vectors of Development Launching the P2P platform is only the first step. Our long-term strategy is to transform Looty into a full-fledged hybrid neobank and trust protocol.

  • Vector 1: "Looty as a Neobank" (Transformation into a Financial Hub) We will turn "dead" capital (deposits) into a working asset.

    • "Yield-Bearing Deposits" (Looty Earn): We will give users the ability to place their "sleeping" deposits (from the Gnosis Safe) into audited and insured DeFi protocols (Aave, Compound) with one click, allowing them to passively earn interest (APY).

    • DEX Aggregator Integration: Adding a "Quick Swap" functionality directly within the Looty interface.

    • Crypto-Backed Loans (Lending): Users will be able to take loans (e.g., 30% of their deposit) against their security deposit without withdrawing it or losing their P2P limits.

    • Full Neobank: The final stage—obtaining licenses (EMI/VASP) to issue crypto cards (Visa/Mastercard) and integrate direct fiat accounts (IBAN).

  • Vector 2: "Looty as a Trust Protocol" (B2B and Escrow Expansion) We will package our main asset (trust) and offer it as a B2B service.

    • B2B API "Trust-as-a-Service": We will provide third-party services (marketplaces, games) with our API. They can integrate our system (KYC + Deposit + AI Arbitration) to ensure their users' security.

    • P2P Marketplace for Goods & Services: We will expand our escrow mechanism beyond fiat/crypto. Users will be able to trade any asset (game skins, NFTs, freelance services), using their USDC deposit as "collateral for honesty," which will be "slashed" in case of non-compliance.

  • Vector 3: "Looty as a Community Hub" (Rewards and Privileges) We will reward loyal and honest users by connecting Looty to the entire Qrism ecosystem.

    • Reputation System (Points): We will introduce a points system. Users will earn them not only for trade volume but also for integrity (fast responses, no disputes, high ratings).

    • Rewards (Airdrops): This "Reputation" will become a key multiplier for the distribution of future $QRISM token airdrops.

    • Launchpad Integration (Golden Ticket): A high reputation in Looty will become a "golden ticket" for accessing exclusive private sales of future projects launched by the Qrism.space venture studio.

  • Vector 4: "Looty Resolve" (Dispute Arbitration Protocol) In addition to financial services, we see strategic potential in expanding our core competency—AI arbitration—beyond P2P trades. Looty can evolve into a trusted escrow agent for resolving P2P disputes (wagers) about future, objectively verifiable events. This is not a betting shop, but a decentralized escrow service for verifiable disagreements, running on our trust infrastructure.

    • Dispute (Wager) Creation: Two users (Alice and Bob) can create a "wager contract" on the platform for the outcome of a real-world event (e.g., "ETH Price > $5000 on Dec 31" or "Team X will win match Y").

    • Funds Escrow: Both users deposit their stakes (e.g., 100 USDC each) into a special escrow contract using our Gnosis architecture.

    • AI Arbitration ("The Verdict"): After the event date, our "AI Guardian" (Gemini 2.5) automatically scans authoritative news sources (Reuters, Bloomberg), APIs, and official websites to determine the factual outcome.

    • Verdict and Payout: The AI forms an unbiased report. If the outcome is clear, the funds (less a platform fee) are automatically sent to the winner. If the outcome is unclear or contradictory, the case is escalated to a manual audit (Qrism EAO Auditors) using our existing arbitration process.

    • Synergy and Monetization: This vector directly uses our existing assets (AI, arbitration, Gnosis Safe) to create a new, scalable revenue stream (a fee from each resolved dispute), which will also feed the EAO treasury and $QRISM buybacks.

    • Regulatory Aspect: We are aware that this vector of development may require obtaining specialized licenses (e.g., gaming or financial) in various jurisdictions. The implementation of this direction will depend on careful legal analysis and obtaining the necessary permits.
